Volunteers and Executives Needed.

Volunteers and executives are always needed. Currently only a handful of the 875 homes have come forward to guide the community, please step up and help us make Panorama Hills Estates a great place to live.

President's resignation.

For personal reasons, and to pursue new interests, the President of the Association resigned in the fall of 2009. This position is presently being filled by one of the executive and will be formally addressed at the 2010 AGM. Please consider joining the Executive to continue it's efforts in improving our community. The Association should have at least eight formal members, which is just one percent of the membership.

All 2010 Invoices are now due!

Collection procedures will be initiated if dues are not received by February 28, 2010. Please insure that your dues are sent in on time, it will save both you and your volunteer board considerable grief.

Major construction on Sites one and two has now been completed. Landscaping will proceed as in the spring of 2010 when available landscaping trades are contracted.

Questions regarding fees, and activities of the Association

Please review the information contained on this web site for all the answers you desire. The Business section contains results of the Annual General Meetings and other business of the association including financials. The Newsletters section contains information that was already delivered to homes in the Estates via the newsletter and outlines the ongoing activities of the association as well as various homeowners questions and concerns. The FAQ section contains many of the general questions regarding the mandate of the association, what we are about and responsible for, as well as additional general questions about the Estates. Lawyers should consult the Lawyers section for answers to questions of interest to them. Questions not answered in any of the above sources should be forwarded to our eMail address below. Please remember the association is run entirely by a small number of volunteers, please be patient while waiting for a response.

All dues are now due and will be in arrears March 1, 2010, please contact the Association for an updated billing amount including all administration fees, interest, and legal fees outstanding.
